We are working with the owner to convert a traditional Cumbrian bank barn into two, three bedroomed properties. The barn forms part of a larger development which includes modernising the farmhouse and converting other farm buildings into residential accommodation. |

We produced a design for new dormer windows and the conversion of the garage into additional living space at this Grade C* Listed property in the Scottish Borders. We obtained Planning Permission, Listed Building Consent and a Building Warrant for the alterations which commenced in 2008. |
