The construction of extensions and loft conversations in residential properties is currently very popular. When employed on such projects, we agree the extent of the proposed alterations with clients, obtain any necessary planning approvals, design and detail the alterations. |

We can obtain tenders for the work if required and during construction, we make regular inspections of the property to ensure that the work is carried out as designed. We can agree regular payments for the contractor and at the end of the project we check and agree the contractor's final account |
