As well as the projects highlighted here, we are currently working on over twenty others, ranging from minor internal alterations to client’s homes, to substantial house extensions and the refurbishment of commercial properties.

Aquum, Clapham High St, London
Formerly two shops with living accommodation above, this 3 storey 19C building in South London has been transformed into a stylish cocktail and canapes bar capable of accommodating up to 400 guests.

We designed the main support steelwork and the reinforced concrete flat roof over the front of the building, the supports for the upper floors where the original dividing walls have been removed, the main staircases, lift shafts and an extension to the basement to provide cloakroom facilities.

Mile End Hospital, London
We are working with architects on the refurbishment and alterations to the Physiotherapy Department at this hospital. Work on upgrading the gymnasium has already been completed and the design of the new reception area and hydrotherapy pool are nearing completion |

Cottrell Cottages, Stanmore
This early 16th century Grade II timber framed building is currently being converted from offices to a children’s nursery. We are providing the owner with advice on the repair and conservation of the original timbers and liaising with the lessees design team regarding proposed internal alterations. |
