Arthur Road, Wimbledon
At the request of the owner, we were responsible for designing and managing the refurbishment of a 19th Century, four story building which was severely damaged by a fire in 2006. Such was the severity of the fire that all the interior floors, stairs, partition walls and the roof had to be replaced.

We designed all the structural and architectural elements for the shop/flat, including the plumbing and electrics and also arranged for the nearby pedestrian crossing to be moved to allow safe deliveries to the site. Tight control of the project meant that it was completed on time and within budget.

Ashmole School, London
This £1.2 million single storey classroom block and creche has been constructed to link the two halves of a 1960's school in Kennington, London. Built on reinforced concrete piles, ground beams and floor slab, the steel framed building is predominantly glazed with a flat timber roof. |

Chislehurst, Kent
We were called in when a local builder found a disused water cistern in his clients rear garden on the line of the foundations for a new extension. We visited the site and provided the builder with calculations and drawings for a reinforced concrete ground beam within 24 hrs of his initial call. |
